E Miroglio acquires DiKA brand

Italian entrepreneur Edoardo Miroglio has announced the purchase of the DiKa fashion brand through his company, E Miroglio, although the deal was finalised last year.

As well as the brand, E Miroglio has also renewed the lease agreements for the stores.
