Eco-friendly gel-dyed acrylic fibre from Thailand

Thai Acrylic Fibre (TAF), a manufacturer of acrylic fibres and owner of the Birlacril brand, has launched Radianza acrylic fibre as a solution to the challenges of strict environmental laws imposed on the textile industry.

Yarns made with the new gel-dyed fibre can replace the conventional yarn and fabric dyeing in many applications that use more water and discharge harmful chemicals, said TAF, which is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, and operates as a subsidiary of Aditya Birla.
