Estonian companies to benefit from Chinese exodus

Estonian companies could profit from production moving back to Europe from China, chairman of the Estonian Clothing and Textile Association, Meelis Virkebau told local media.

“I am sure the process of moving production back from China will continue and in a much faster pace,” he said. “Not so many orders will be given to China and companies will look for opportunities to produce in geographically closer destinations – this process can be seen both in Europe and the US.”
