Estonian men’s shirt producer buys Swedish clothing business

Estonian men’s dress shirts and accessories producer Sangar has acquired Swedish company and brand Oscar of Sweden, which is represented in the Nordic countries, the Netherlands, the UK, the US and Canada, reports Äripäev.

With the acquisition, Sangar said it has expanded into new markets, where there are much bigger opportunities to promote its trademark and to sell products.
