EU urged to stop funding Made in Myanmar project
The Myanmar Labour Alliance, a coalition of trade union federations and labour organisations, is urging the EU Commission and the European Parliament to stop funding a new programme designed to boost clothing manufacturing in the country because they say it legitimises Myanmar’s military rulers.
