Extensible absorbent pads for wound dressings
An improved extensible absorbent pad for a wound dressing has been developed by Medtrade Products of Crewe, Cheshire, UK.
The pad includes a number of fenestrations, such as slits, on the wound-facing surface that are arranged in a pattern about a central point.
