Finishing process for improved interior hygiene in shared vehicles

A novel finishing process has been developed by Mica NanoTech, a spin-out from the University of Limerick, Ireland, for improved interior hygiene in future vehicle-sharing concepts.

The company offers the Textilise finishing technology in which particles are bound to fabric and surface interfaces, providing surfaces that exhibit biocidal capabilities.
