Flax machine builder sees reviving demand in Belarus

Between 2009 and 2013, Belarus invested substantial amounts in flax harvesting and preparation machines. Since then no new budgets for the flax sector have been available.

However, according to Peter Rosseel, general manager of Depoortere, a Belgian manufacturer of flax harvesting and preparation machines, another period of investments could be around the corner: the company recently received invitations for participation in tenders for investment projects 2019-2020.
