Freudenberg acquisition to boost floor mats business

Japan Vilene, part of Germany’s Freudenberg, is to buy Hanns Glass to boost its car floor mats business.

The German floor mats supplier has a portfolio complementary to VIAM, one of Japan Vilene’s core businesses with operations in Asia and North America.
