Funding access will remain challenging for Indonesian textile industry

download1Negative sentiment on the part of both lenders and investors is likely to linger in the medium term for Indonesian textile producers such as Sri Rejeki Isman (Sritex) and Pan Brothers, even after the completion of their debt-restructuring processes, according to a report by Fitch Ratings.

The study said these companies are unlikely to enjoy the same funding access and financial flexibility as prior to the restructuring.
