Funding to enlarge and broaden E-Leather’s operations

E-Leather, a UK-based high-tech materials technology specialist that manufactures upholstery and cladding for aircraft interiors, has raised £70m from new and existing investors.

The funding will be used to invest in a state-of-the-art facility in Peterborough, UK, to meet demand from various industries. According to the company, the factory will allow production to be “significantly increased” from 2019 onwards.
