Bulgarian circular knitting factory Natalia has received a grant from the Ministry of Economy for a project to enhance energy efficiency. This will involve replacing old equipment with new machines with significantly improved performance and lower power consumption.
The equipment to be replaced includes dyeing, knitting, drying and screen printing machines. The project will also involve construction of a waste heat recovery system, the introduction of an automated system for monitoring and control of energy consumption, as well as certification according to ISO 50001.
