ILO and trade unions launch Indonesian worker grievance process

The International Labour Organization (ILO) has developed a grievance application process for Indonesian garment workers in partnership with three trade confederations.

The ILO has developed the process through its Strengthening Industrial Relations in Indonesia (SIRI) project in partnership with the National Trade Union (SPN), the Garment and Textile Trade Union Federation (Garteks) and the Textile, Garment and Leather Trade Union Federation (FSP-TSK).
