Investor consortium acquires Estonian home textile maker

Toom Tekstiil, the largest producer of home textile goods in Estonia and one of the largest in the Baltics, has been sold to Smart Production Nordic, a consortium of private investors in Estonia.

The majority shares in Toom Tekstiil were sold by Illimar Toom and Innar Susi, who held the stakes through other companies. The transaction was financed by Coop Pank, and the value of the deal has not been disclosed.
