Italian plans to invest in Bulgarian textile sector

Italian businessman Edoardo Miroglio (right) is to invest BGN55m (US$38.8m) in the Bulgarian textile sector in 2014. “We are starting a new production of fabrics that have not been produced in Bulgaria,” he said.

The company E. Miroglio comprises seven production and corporate units in Sliven, Yambol and Svishtov in Bulgaria, Alba and Valli del Pasubio in Italy.
