Japan’s Nippon Koei eyes Cambodian silk industry

Japanese company Nippon Koei is reported to have expressed interest in the Cambodian silk industry.

Tsutomu Tamura, general manager, revealed the investment project in a silk production and silkworm raising meeting with Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Veng Sokhon in December, according to the Phnom Penh Post.
