L&T invests US$6.5m for expansion project in the Philippines

Apparel manufacturer L&T International, part of Hong Kong-based Luen Thai Holdings, is investing around US$6.5m for an expansion project inside the Clark Freeport Zone in Clark, the Philippines.

The 25-year extension on the lease agreement has been signed between the Clark Development Corporation and L&T International Group Philippines (LTIGPI), which has been one of the pioneer manufacturing firms in Clark. In the agreement, LTIGPI will expand its property in compliance with the requirements set by its clients.
