Lauma Fabrics reports strong sales growth

Latvian supplier of intimate apparel fabrics Lauma Fabrics generated sales of €39.9m (US$54.2m) in 2013, an increase of 16% over the previous year. After investing €2.44m (US$3.32m) in new equipment and technologies, the company posted a profit of €3.93m (US$5.34m).

Lauma Fabrics employs 551 people and its major export markets are Belarus, the Baltic States, Ukraine, Poland, Russia and France.
