The Lee jeans brand is exploring new opportunities from foreign tourists and vending machines in Thailand.
Consumers can now buy Lee T-shirts from such machines in selected locations, with jeans to be added next year. Central Marketing Group (CMG) plans to boost the number of machines to 200 within three years.
Putthichai Chaiyaweach, senior brand manager for Lee jeans, said CMG had begun selling Lee T-shirts from a vending machine, a first for Thailand, (reports the Bangkok Post).
