Lithuanian apparel producer Omniteksas is to invest LTL700,000 (US$270,000) in new dyeing equipment, which will be used to dye smaller quantities of fabric.
“We are receiving more, but smaller orders and we want to save costs, as using our regular equipment for small quantities is a waste of resources,” said Audrone Pociene, managing director. The new equipment is designed to dye 50-60 kg of fabric at one time.
