Lithuanian knitted fabric and clothing maker buys Swedish jersey factory

Lithuanian knitted fabric and clothing manufacturer Omniteksas has purchased the Eiser jersey factory in Sweden and expects the acquired brands will help solidify its foothold in the Scandinavian market, reports business daily Verslo Zinios.

Omniteksas has set up a representative office in Sweden following the deal.
