Low-carbon seat made of recycled materials
China-based automotive supplier Yanfeng has developed a sustainable seat called the Reco Seat, which is said to reduce product carbon emissions by up to 40% compared with conventional seating.
The Reco Seat, short for Recycle + Eco, uses recycled materials, including polyethylene terephthalate, polyurethane trim, recycled foam, thermoplastic foam and a green steel frame.
