Marzotto gains full control of Lithuanian wool yarn producer

Italian textile producer Marzotto, which controls two companies in Lithuania’s second biggest city Kaunas, has been permitted full control of another company based in that city – wool yarn manufacturer Lietvilna.

In January, Marzotto Lab received clearance from Lithuania’s Competition Council for its acquisition of 50% of the shares in Lietvilna and of full control of the company.
