MWE seeks additional revenue from Vietnam expansion

MWE Holdings is seeking US$40m additional revenue from its textile business through its wholly-owned unit, United Sweethearts Garment (USG), in the next financial year ending 31 March 2017 after the operation of its new plant in Vietnam.

USG managing director Tang Chong Chin said the production facility in Vietnam would get an additional 42 lines from the current 26 lines.
