Italian-owned Socksmaker 3, which has a production facility in Tesanj, Bosnia and Herzegovina, has announced new investments in the expansion of capacities this year. The plan is to increase current production of around 18,000 pairs of socks by 40%, said Fabio Nobis, director.
The new investments in sock knitting machinery will follow the reconstruction of the facility, which is currently in progress, reports the Patria news agency. It is expected this will create 50 new jobs, Nobis added.
