Partner buyout at Estonian automotive carpet producer

Priit Tamm, the long-time owner of Estonian automotive carpet manufacturer Mistra-Autex, has acquired his business partner Tauno Vaaderpass’s 41.2% holding in the company, according to LETA/BNS.

There are no plans for major changes in the company, Tamm told BNS, adding that he is satisfied with the previous year’s 40% turnover growth.

The price of the deal is understood to be less than €10m (US$11.5m), but the exact figure is not confirmed.
