Pegas reconsiders location of new nonwovens line

Pegas Nonwovens is reconsidering whether its new production line will be installed in Egypt or the Czech Republic.

Last September, the company announced that it had concluded a contract for the delivery of a new S-TwinMB-S 2600 RF4s compact bicomponent production line with an annual capacity of 10,000 tonnes for its plant in Egypt.

However, Pegas is now considering the possibility of installing this line in the new warehouse building in Znojmo, Czech Republic, which is currently under construction and where the possible installation of compact-type production lines was previously considered.
