A collective bargaining and negotiation training course has helped prepare union officers to negotiate for better working conditions in the Philippines’ textile and garment sector.
Clothing workers affiliated with IndustriAll Global Union participated in a three-day collective bargaining and negotiation training course early last month in Antipolo City, supported by Japanese union UA Zensen and in co-operation with IndustriALL Philippines.
