Renolit Composites, the Italian automotive extrusion and thermoforming specialist that is part of the Germany-based Renolit Group, reports increasing demand for its 100% recyclable, glass fibre reinforced, polypropylene-based composite material for automotive interior applications.
The company says leading German, Italian, French and Japanese carmakers are now using Renolit Tecnogor for a variety of thermoformed, custom-coated, interior three-dimensional trim parts for vehicles.
Applications include parcel shelves, load floors, seatback covers, dashboard inserts and trunk trims.
