Renewable materials reduce EX30 SUV’s environmental impact

Swedish carmaker Volvo has revealed the efforts it has made to reduce the carbon dioxide footprint of its upcoming, all-electric EX30 small sport utility vehicle.

With a multitude of changes made throughout the car’s production, Volvo has been able to reduce the vehicle’s total CO2 footprint over 200,000 km of driving to below 30 tonnes – 25% less than its fully electric C40 and XC40 models.
