Russian government plans to stimulate flax industry


The Russian government plans to stimulate the domestic flax industry, according to Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov.

As part of the plans, a new cluster for the production of flax will be established later this year in the south of the country. This will comprise 15 enterprises that will cover the full cycle of production from seed selection to fine flax processing.
