The Russian government plans to start large-scale microchipping and labelling of domestic textile products over the next two years, aiming to solve the problem of counterfeiting.
Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said labelling will cover a wide range of commodity products, such as outerwear, blouses, shirts, suits, and bed and table linen.
