Rusvata, a Russian manufacturer of medical products including cotton wool, bandages and gauze, has inaugurated a new Trützschler spunlace line for the production of hydroentangled nonwovens at its headquarters in Ryazan. The investment has helped create 150 new jobs.
Producing its first roll of cotton in 1896, the company has now integrated the processing system for cotton wool and gauze with a modern and highly flexible spunlace line with a monthly production capacity of more than 700 tonnes.
