Sage Automotive acquires Miko

Private equity-backed Sage Automotive Interiors has acquired Miko, which makes suede-like automotive interior fabrics, for an undisclosed amount.

Miko was established in Gorizia, Italy, in 1997 to produce nonwoven fabrics for the furniture industry. The company specialises in Dinamica, a microfibre fabric made from recycled products and mainly used for automotive seat covers.
