Shawmut to merge GRTF headliner fabrics operations

Composites manufacturer Shawmut and Glen Raven Technical Fabrics have agreed to terms to merge GRTF’s automotive headliner and speciality fabrics business into Shawmut.

The merged organisation will be majority-owned by Shawmut, with Glen Raven as the minority owner.
