Slam Clothing to invest US$1m in clothing plant in Vidin

Slam Clothing plans to invest BGN2m (US$1.12m) in a clothing plant in Vidin, north-western Bulgaria, according to district governor Momchil Stankov.

The investment will include the reconstruction of the plant’s building, formerly an electronic equipment store, which the company has rented for 10 years with an option to buy, and the purchase of new equipment. The company has produced shirts for prestigious brands for the past 50 years.
