South Korean company starts operations in Ben Tre

Unisoll Vina, a subsidiary of South Korea’s Hansoll Textile, has begun operating in the Giao Long industrial park, Chau Thanh district, in the southern Vietnamese province of Ben Tre.

The US$50m enterprise, the largest in terms of investment capital in Ben Tre, started constructing its textile and clothing production facilities in April 2013. It is operating four workshops, equipped with 96 production lines staffed by 5,500 workers, producing 4m items a year.
