Sritex to acquire German uniform producer

Sri Rejeki Isman (Sritex), one of Indonesia’s leading vertically integrated textile and clothing manufacturers, plans to acquire a German military uniform manufacturer to enhance its business in the EU. Iwan Kurniawan Lukminto, vice president director, said the acquisition should be completed in 2017.
