Supreme Nonwovens acquires Adient’s interior trim and NVH components business

Supreme Nonwovens Group, one of India’s largest and most diversified nonwovens groups, has through its majority-owned Thai subsidiary Supreme Feltol Thailand acquired the automotive interior trims and noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) components business of Futuris Automotive, a subsidiary of US-based Adient.

Supreme Feltol Thailand is a joint venture between Supreme Treon and Feltol Thailand Manufacturing.
