Taiwan curtain maker plans to shift production from China

A Taiwan-based curtain manufacturer has revealed plans to expand in Cambodia to avoid the fallout from the current US-China trade dispute, reports the Taipei Times.

Nien Made Enterprise currently operates a window blinds factory in Cambodia. A spokesperson said the company will expand production in Southeast Asia and shift orders for finished products from China to Cambodia to avoid the risk of US tariffs.
