TK Hold becomes majority owner of Bulgarian linen producer

Bulgarian diversified holding TK Hold has increased its shareholding in linen manufacturer Rilski Len of Samokov to 91.73%, after acquiring 309,190 shares, equal to a 70% stake in the company.

TK Hold bought the shares from Samokov-based Rilenatex and now owns 405,173 Rilski Len shares.
