Turkish company opening clothing factory in Serbia

Turkish-owned Tibet Moda will open a clothing factory in Cuprija, Serbia, which is planned to employ 1,000 workers within three years.

The factory is due to start operations in late September. It will initially employ 250 workers and 600 workers by next year.

Tibet Moda is owned by CCM Giyim Moda, a family business founded 25 years ago, which specialises in the production of woven clothing for export, especially to the UK and other European markets.
