Yanfeng further develops smart interiors

German development teams of Shanghai, China-headquartered automotive interiors giant Yanfeng have partnered with sensor supplier IEE, based in Luxembourg, on Active Space – an integrated technology vision for an interactive interior envisaged for autonomous level 5 vehicles.

Integrated into the rear zone of the XiM20 concept car cabin, Active Space is based on Yanfeng’s interior design and smart surfaces aligned with IEE’s sensor technology.
