Inditex, the parent company of the Zara brand, has denied rumours that Zara will open two stores in Hanoi, reports Zing news.
It had been suggested that Zara would open seven new stores in Vietnam, including the first two in Hanoi and five more in Ho Chi Minh City – information that excited Hanoian fashionistas.
However, Inditex communications director Jesús Echeverria denied the rumour, according to Zing. He said Zara will expand its activities in Vietnam, but it has no plan to open more stores in the near future.
