Biodegradable ECG patch made of nanocellulose
VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland has developed a sustainable electrocardiogram patch that is fully recyclable and made of biomaterials.
The new device aims to reduce the carbon footprint of plastics and electronics for healthcare, one of the world’s biggest waste-producing sectors.
