High-quality, stable, reliable and durable electrical contact is essential for the success of electronic textiles (e-textiles), which must meet the requirements of both textiles and electronics.
“After integrating electronics into textiles it is necessary to preserve as many textile properties as possible,” said Dr Radek Soukop of the Department of Materials and Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, Czech Republic, speaking at the E-Textiles 2023 conference held in November in Ghent, Belgium.
